Please note that deleting your account will permanently erase all associated data. This action cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
Delete your account from a computer
- Click on your profile photo.
- Select "Account settings".
- In the "Account" section, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click on the "Delete my account" button.
- Tell us why you want to delete your account, so we can take your feedback on board.
- Enter your exact email address in the provided text field.
- The tick the box confirming the deletion of your account.
- Click on the "Delete my account" button.
Delete your account from a mobile phone
- Tap on your profile photo.
- Select "Account settings".
- In the "Account" tab, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
- Select "Delete my account".
- Tell us why you want to delete your account, so we can take your feedback on board.
- Enter your exact email address in the provided text field.
- Tick the box confirming the deletion of your account.
- Tap on the "Delete my account" button.
