How do I delete my account?

Please note that deleting your account will permanently erase all associated data. This action cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.

Delete your account from a computer

  • Click on your profile photo.
  • Select "Account settings".
  • In the "Account" section, scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Click on the "Delete my account" button.
  • Tell us why you want to delete your account, so we can take your feedback on board.
  • Enter your exact email address in the provided text field.
  • The tick the box confirming the deletion of your account.
  • Click on the "Delete my account" button.

Delete your account from a mobile phone

  • Tap on your profile photo.
  • Select "Account settings".
  • In the "Account" tab, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
  • Select "Delete my account".
  • Tell us why you want to delete your account, so we can take your feedback on board.
  • Enter your exact email address in the provided text field.
  • Tick the box confirming the deletion of your account.
  • Tap on the "Delete my account" button.
