Creating your AssessFirst account takes place in four main stages:
1. Registration
After receiving the invitation email from your recruiter, click on "Let's go".
Step 1: Enter your email address
On the account creation page, you can register in three ways:
- Via your LinkedIn account
- Via your Google account
- Using a manual email address.
Step 2: Create a password (if registering by email)
Choose a secure password, containing between 12 and 32 characters, including a special character, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
Step 3: Enter your personal information
Enter your first name, last name, phone number (optional), and accept the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
After entering your email address and personal information, a 5-digit code will be sent to you via email to confirm your account creation. Once validated, your account is ready.
For any legal questions related to candidates (GDPR), you can directly consult the following article -> Legal FAQ related to Candidates.
2. Onboarding
Step 1: Accept the recruiter's invitation
During onboarding, you will need to accept or decline your recruiter's invitation. If you decline, you can share your profile later.
If you decline, the recruiter will not be able to view your results.
Step 2: Complete your professional information
Several steps to complete:
- Indicate your education level
- Indicate your job title and experience
- Indicate your industry sector
- Add a LinkedIn profile (optional)
- Indicate your location
- Add a profile picture (optional)
The final step allows you to set your privacy settings.
You have the choice between 3 levels of privacy (Public / Hidden / Private). Note that this does not affect your recruiter’s invitation.
3. Assessments
You can now complete our three assessments:
- Swipe (Personality)
- Drive (Motivation)
- Brain (Cognitive ability)
At the end of each assessment, if you have accepted the recruiter’s invitation, your results will be automatically shared.
4. The Results
