Analyzing candidate results

Assessing the professional affinity between two contacts provides insights into their compatibility and how well they may work together.

Affinity between you and another contact

To assess the affinity between you and another contact, follow these steps:

• Go to profile of the candidate you're interested in;
• Select the "Affinity" tab.

By default, you'll see the affinity between yourself and the contact you're currently viewing.

Affinity between two of your contacts

If you want to evaluate the affinity between two of your contacts, select the name of the second contact from the drop-down list.
