      How do I upload my profile photo?

      When you are logged in to your account:

      • Click on your profile photo
      • Click on "Personalise your profile photo".
      • Then click on "Upload".

      To upload your profile photo, you must comply with the following conditions:

      • The image must be at least 220x220 pixels.
      • The file size of your profile photo must be less than 5 MB.
      • Your profile photo must be a jpeg, jpg or png file.
      • The file size of your cover image must be less than 2 MB.

       


      We will ask you to upload a new photo each time you log in to your account until you have added a photo to your profile.
