How do I reset a candidate's assessment results?

Candidates can retake the questionnaires independently on the anniversary date of the N+1 test.

To retake the questionnaires, candidates just need to log in to their account and click on "Restart".

If, exceptionally, you want your candidate to retake the questionnaires even though they were completed less than a year ago. The only solution is to contact AssessFirst support by email support@assessfirst.com or via the chatbot in the application.

In the interests of fairness between candidates, we do not reset questionnaires.
If a candidate is in the process of being recruited, they should inform the recruiter, who will be able to request a test reset via support at support@assessfirst.com .
