Set up a predictive modele
1. Go to « Jobs » and select your job
2. Choose the « Predictive Model » via the drop-down menu

1. Go to « Jobs » tab and then to your offer
2. Choose your « Candidat »
3. Click on the « Actions » button
4. Click on « Request Application Steps »
Then you just need to add a step:
1. Step 1 : Shape - Personality
2. Step 2 : Drive - Motivation
3. Step 3 : Brain - Aptitudes
Recover a candidate's results
Once your candidate has taken the questionnaires:
1. Go to the candidate's profile
2. Select the « Assessment » tab
3. Discover AssessFirst evaluation reports
