Setting Up a Predictive Model

To add a predictive model to a job posting:

  1. Go to the "Campaign" tab.
  2. Click on the gear icon and select "Edit Campaign"

In the "Advanced Settings" of your Campaign:

  1. Choose your predictive model.
  2. Then click on "Confirm." You can send your invitations without selecting a predictive model.

Sending Your Invitations

  1. Go to the "Campaigns" tab.
  2. Select your job posting.
  3. Select the candidate(s) to whom you want to send the questionnaires.
  4. Click on the three vertical dots and select "Send an AssessFirst invitation."

Retrieving a Candidate's Results

Once your candidate has completed the questionnaires:

  1. Go to the candidate's profile.
  2. Click on the "AssessFirst" tab.
  3. View the suitability scores with the predictive model.
  4. Download the evaluation reports.

Sorting Candidates

You can sort candidates by adequacy score:

  1. Go to the "Campaigns" tab.
  2. Select your job posting.
  3. Click on the "AssessFirst" section.
  4. Sort your candidates by their adequacy score with the predictive model.
