Retrieving a Candidate's Results
Setting Up a Predictive Model
To add a predictive model to a job posting:
- Go to the "Campaign" tab.
- Click on the gear icon and select "Edit Campaign"
In the "Advanced Settings" of your Campaign:
- Choose your predictive model.
- Then click on "Confirm." You can send your invitations without selecting a predictive model.
Sending Your Invitations
- Go to the "Campaigns" tab.
- Select your job posting.
- Select the candidate(s) to whom you want to send the questionnaires.
- Click on the three vertical dots and select "Send an AssessFirst invitation."
Retrieving a Candidate's Results
Once your candidate has completed the questionnaires:
- Go to the candidate's profile.
- Click on the "AssessFirst" tab.
- View the suitability scores with the predictive model.
- Download the evaluation reports.
Sorting Candidates
You can sort candidates by adequacy score:
- Go to the "Campaigns" tab.
- Select your job posting.
- Click on the "AssessFirst" section.
- Sort your candidates by their adequacy score with the predictive model.
