Send your invitations Manually
It’s easy as can be:
1. Go to a candidate's profile from a job offer
2. Select « Add integrations »
3. Click on « Send assessment »
4. Finally, choose a predictive model from the drop-down menu
5. Then click on « Send assessment »
The AssesFirst invitation has been sent to your candidates. 🦄
Send your invitations automatically
First of all, make sure you set up your recruitment stage in the parameters of your job offer:
1. Go to the « Stages » menu of your job offer
2. From the desired step, click on « Stage actions » and then on « « Triggers »
3. Select « Send AssessFirst assessment »
4. Finally, choose a predictive model from the drop-down menu
5. Then click on « Add trigger »
Once the « AssessFirst » trigger is associated with a job offer stage:
1. Go to the « Job » menu
2. Select your Job
3. Drag and drop your candidate into the stage you have set up to send the assessment
The AssesFirst invitation has been sent to your candidates. 🦄
Recover the candidate's results
Once your candidate has taken the questionnaires:
1. Go to the candidate's profile
2. Find the « AssessFirst » section
3. Choose the report you want to view
