What are Manager accounts used for?
Manager accounts are account types that allow recruiters to share candidate profiles with managers.

Managers cannot download reports. They only have access to the information available on the app.
What does the Manager portal look like?
The shared profiles page is the home page of the Manager portal.
It includes:
- The last 10 profiles viewed by the Manager: each profile is identified by two pieces of information:
- the contact visited
- the context in which the contact was visited (i.e., a campaign OR a predictive model OR no context). This is why you may find the same contacts several times in this section.
- All profiles saved as favorites by the Manager
- All profiles automatically shared with the Manager through the “Share campaign with a manager (recruitment manager)” process
In the case of a profile shared within a campaign OR with an associated campaign/predictive model, we display the associated “potential” (which corresponds to the predictive success score).
If a manager is removed from a campaign, they will instantly lose the associated shared profiles (they will no longer appear in the table).
