Spaces: Multi-Scope Access Management

Spaces are a new feature designed to simplify the management of multi-sharepool and multi-company access. A Space represents a company portal with a unique role and a defined scope.

Three types of roles are available:

Admin / Company
Recruiter / Sharepool
Manager / Company

The system automatically redirects users based on their profile during the first login, either to their specific portal or to the Spaces page for those with multiple accesses. For subsequent logins, the user is automatically redirected to the last selected Space.

At any time, in any portal, a user with multiple Spaces can switch from one Space to another directly from the avatar menu.
