How to access Team Analysis ?

1. Click on the "Develop" tab, then on "Team Analysis"
2. Click on "Add members"
3. Select the groups of candidates you want to display on the maps.
4. Click on "Start analysis"
5. View the results!

Only contacts who have completed SWIPE can be added to a team.

Each section is enriched with AI-generated text analyses to help interpret results without requiring in-depth psychometric expertise.

The "Talent" section

Visualise the distribution of personalities within the team through two complementary views:

• DISC: discover which behavioural styles predominate in the team and which are under-represented. Click on any avatar to highlight that member's profile within the group.
• Talent Mapper: browse the 12 behavioural categories (decision-making, communication, stress management…). Each view includes an AI-generated text that interprets the data in plain language.

Required assessment: SWIPE. Members without SWIPE are automatically excluded from this section.

The "Culture" section

Understand the team's shared values and ways of working:

• Value Mapper: a visual representation of the team's collective culture, allowing you to quickly identify the most represented values and work preferences.
• Cultural distribution table: an interactive table that can be sorted by any criterion, with a detailed view to dig deeper into individual and collective results.
• AI-assisted analysis: each view is accompanied by an automatically generated explanation to facilitate interpretation of the data and highlight key insights.

Required assessment: DRIVE. Members without DRIVE are automatically excluded.

The "Affinity" section

Identify affinities and relational dynamics within the team: who naturally works well together and where tensions might arise.

• Affinity mapping: an interactive visualisation that highlights the natural relationships between team members and helps identify the smoothest collaborations as well as potential areas to watch.
• Individual exploration: click on a team member to instantly visualise their strongest affinities and better understand their position within the group.
• AI-assisted analysis: an automatically generated summary decodes the team's main relational dynamics and highlights collaboration opportunities and potential tension risks.

Required assessments: SWIPE + DRIVE. Members missing either of these assessments are automatically excluded.

Strict limit: maximum 12 members for affinity calculation.

The "Managerial Affinity" section

Designate a manager within the team and instantly discover:

• The compatibility score of each team member with the designated manager.
• A visual management chart illustrating the nature of each relationship.
• An AI-generated analysis of the overall management dynamic.

Required assessments: SWIPE + DRIVE.
