Talent Mapper

With Talent Mapper, you can explore how your teams function and uncover their talents and areas for development. Follow these steps to access and use the Talent Mapper feature:

1. Open the "Talent management" tab.
2. Select the "Talent Mapper" section.
3. To view specific groups or candidates on the maps, make your selections accordingly.
4. Click on the "Select contacts" option and add the groups or contacts you wish to analyze.
5. Click on "Update maps".
6. This will update the Talent Mapper with the chosen groups or candidates.

You will then be able to explore the results. Scroll through the 12 key behaviors to understand the mapping and insights provided.

If you wish to save or share the results, you can download them as a PDF report.
Simply click on the "Download" button to generate the file.
