      What assessments do I need to complete?

      There are three different assessments that you'll need to complete:

      1. SHAPE or SWIPE: This helps us understand your natural behaviors and tendencies in your daily life.
      2. DRIVE: This helps us understand what motivates you and determines your satisfaction and commitment. It allows us to anticipate your ability to fit in.
      3. BRAIN: This helps us understand your thinking style and decision-making process.

      Each assessment typically takes around 10 minutes to complete.

      Additionally, you have the option to activate audio assistance, which will read the questions aloud to you while you complete the assessments.
