SWIPE combines the best of modern psychometrics and user experience. This assessment measures 20 personality traits. SWIPE was developed in 2023 by AssessFirst's Science team and has already been the subject of 6 publications in international psychology conferences or peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Who can access SWIPE?
Independent candidates
All candidates who create their account by themselves will have access to SWIPE (replacing the SHAPE assessment).
Invited candidates
If a company has activated SWIPE, all the newly invited candidates of that company will pass the SWIPE assessment.
How do you activate SWIPE for a company?
- New companies: all new companies will have SWIPE activated by default;
- Existing companies: please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to activate SWIPE.
Retaking or deactivating the SWIPE assessment
This function is not yet available. A new release with updates is planned for June 2023.
