Why can't I log in even though I've created an account?

If after creating your account you receive a message saying that your identifiers are not correct, there has been a problem in creating your account.

As a reminder, the creation of an AssessFirst account is done in several stages:

  1. Receiving the invitation from your recruiter
  2. Fill in your personal details, password, etc.
  3. Enter an activation code to activate your account

If you do not perform the last operation, your account is not finalized and not considered as created.

You can try to log in with your username and password, but you will receive a message saying that your login details are not recognised.

If you try to request a password reset link, you will not receive it in your mailbox.
