Everything begins by defining your expectations… To recruit in a predictive model, you have to start by selecting (or creating) what we call a predictive model.
This predictive model refers to the criteria that are indispensable for succeeding and committing to a position. As standard, we provide you with more than 300 predictive models that correspond with more than 300 different roles, distributed across 26 functions.
You can also create your own personalised predictive models yourself, either starting from scratch, or by using our smart helper. Either way, you’re the one in control of the chosen criteria!
Then, you evaluate the potential of your candidates Once you have clearly defined your needs, you have to evaluate the potential of each of your candidates.
For that, they must complete the AssessFirst evaluation modules. So that this happens as smoothly as possible, we’ve designed 3 easy-to-complete modules. As soon as the candidates finish one module, they can read the first set of results about their potential, which helps them to stayed engaged during the testing.
After that, our algorithms will make recommendations for you!
Once your candidates have completed their profile, our algorithms take care of the rest!
We automatically link the profile of each candidate to the predictive model you chose or created. This allows us to give you – for each candidate – a global score of their compatibility compared to your expectations (Global Fit).
You can also access the full details of the convergence and deviations between their profile and your predictive model. If you still don’t know which candidates to select with all this information at your disposal, don’t worry!
We’ve also created a “Magic Button” which, when pushed, gives you advice about which profiles to keep and which to avoid. Once again, it’s YOU who decides! What predictive recruitment will change for you On one hand, AssessFirst will let you preselect only the candidates who are most likely to fit the position.
You will doubtless interview fewer candidates, but candidates who really match what you’re looking for!
On the other hand, this allows you to better prepare your interviews. Effectively, you’ll know exactly which points you’ll need to delve into details, for each and every candidate. Moreover, we’ll give you a list of suggested questions to ask them during the interview.
