If the person who you’re creating the account for already has an AssessFirst account, we will send them a share request by email.
All they have to do is click on the “Accept the share request” button for you to have access to their full profile.
You can add a contact by following the following procedure:
1 - Click on the “+” icon located on the bottom right of the application.
2 - Click on "Add a contact"
3 - Type in the email address of the person who you want to create the account for.
4 - Select the language which you want to create the account in.
5 - To add the new account holder to an existing group, type in the name of the group in the “Link to a group (optional)” field.
If you wish to add the new account holder to more than one group, type in the names of the groups one after the other.
6 - Click on the “Continue without linking candidates to a campaign” button.
7 - On the following screen, select the assessments that you want to send to the new account holder.
8 - Click on “Confirm without a personalized message”.
Here’s how to find your pending share requests:
1 - Click on “Contacts” in the left menu bar.
2 - Click on “Pending contacts”.
On this page, you can see the profile overview of people who have not yet accepted your share request.
You can also send a reminder email to your pending contacts or delete the share request from this page.
