Follow these steps:
1 - Click on “Recruitments”.
2 - Click on the “Create a new recruitment campaign” button.
3 - Select the country where the position you’re recruiting for is based.
4 - Select the predictive model that you want to use to assess the candidates who join your campaign, OR create a new predictive model by clicking on “Add a personalized predictive model”.
5 - Type in the name you want to give the campaign.
6 - Select the industry sector of the business that the recruited person will be working in.
7 - If you want, you can also add the profile of the future manager of the recruited person.
8 - Click on the “Save” button.
This step is optional. It allows, in addition to the normal indicators (Global Fit, Shape Fit, Drive Fit and Brain Fit) the assessment of an extra indicator: the Manager Fit. This indicator refers to the compatibility between the leadership style of the future manager, and the working style of the candidates you add to your campaign.
For the Manager Fit to be calculated, it is imperative that the candidates and the future manager have – at a minimum – completed the Shape and Drive modules. If they’ve also completed the Brain module, the Manager Fit will be more precise.
If the future manager doesn’t have an AssessFirst account when you’re setting up the campaign, don’t worry. You can always add them afterwards.
