In order to efficiently sort your different candidates, you have to use the different candidate statuses.
- In progress
This status refers to candidates who have joined your campaign but haven’t yet completed their profile.
If you wish, you can send them a reminder email individually (by clicking the envelope in the same line as their name) or collectively to all “In progress” candidates, by clicking “Send reminder” on the grey category header bar.
Note: You can only send a reminder email to any individual candidate once every 48 hours. As a result, if you click on “Send reminder” every 24 hours, those candidates who have already received a reminder in the last 48 hours won’t receive it again.
- To be reviewed
This status refers to candidates who have joined your campaign and have at least partially completed their profile (Shape and/or Drive and/or Brain).
From here, you can move the candidates to either “Shortlisted” status (if you want to keep their application) or to “Rejected” status (if you want to reject their application).
You can find here some advice on the best way to classify your candidates.
- Rejected
This status refers to candidates whose applications you’ve chosen not to accept.
At any time, you can repass previously rejected candidates to the “To be reviewed” status by clicking on “Further study” in the same line as their name.
If you wish, you can send them a rejection email individually (by clicking the paper aeroplane icon in the same line as their name) or collectively to all rejected candidates, by clicking “Send rejection email” on the red category header bar.
Note: You can only send a rejection email once to any candidate. As a result, if you click “Send rejection email” when one of your candidates has already received a rejection email, they won’t receive it again.
- Shortlisted
This status refers to candidates that you’ve chosen to keep in your recruitment process, for interviews or further testing.
From here, you can change these candidates’ statuses to either “Recruited” (if you wish to hire them), or “Rejected” (if you’ve decided not to hire them).
- Recruited
This status refers to candidates that you’ve chosen to recruit.
If you’ve assigned a manager to the campaign, they will receive a validation questionnaire about the candidate’s integration in the position, 45 days after you’ve assigned this status to the candidate.
