Geolocating your candidates lets you know where each of them live, on a Google map.
This can, for example, allow you to see zone with a high density of talent.
To show a campaign’s candidates on a Google map:
1 - Click on “Recruitments”.
2 - Click on the name of your desired campaign.
3 - Click on “See the map”.
By default, all candidates who have completed at least the minimum of profile information will appear on the map.
Displaying only high potential candidates
You can restrict the number of candidates who appear on the map by using the slider on the green panel on the right side of the map. This slider lets you show only those candidates with a Global Fit score higher than a value you choose.
Displaying detailed candidate results from the map
To display a candidate’s full Fit details from the map, simply click on :
- Either the candidate’s icon on the map.
- Or on the name of the candidate in the green panel on the right side of the map.
When you click, a card will appear. This card presents the Global Fit of the candidate relative to the predictive model, as well as the detailed scores for each type of fit (Shape, Drive, Brain and Manager).
If you click on the candidate’s Global Fit score from the map, you’ll be redirected to the “Predict success” page for the candidate, relative to the predictive model defined in the campaign.
