How do I invite a new user as a recruiter to my company?
How do I invite an existing user as administrator?
The admin has several management rights. They are able to:
- Add a new recruiter to his company
- Send a reminder invitation to recruiters he invited and who haven't created their account yet
- Send a 'reset password' email to recruiters of his choice
- Delete a recruiter from his company. The user will remain in the company as a candidate.
Note that they can also edit the info (email, first name, last name, admin right) of recruiters they invited and who haven't created their account yet.
Unauthorised access or actions
1. If a recruiter manages to obtain the address of the administration portal but does not have administration rights, they will obtain this unauthorised access page.
- If the slot limitation is reached, the admin is not able to add another recruiter to the company. They will get this popin.
