When you send an invitation to complete questionnaires to a candidate, they must agree to share their results with you, and before completing the questionnaires, they will have the opportunity to check a box approving their sharing of results with their recruiter.
These are the different scenarios you may encounter when sharing a candidate's profile.
Let's say the candidate has checked the box and completed all 3 questionnaires, you will automatically receive an email notification at the end of each questionnaire, the candidate has moved from the "pending contacts" area to your contact list, you can now analyze their results.
If the candidate indicates that they have completed the questionnaires but you do not have access to their profile, check by entering their name or email address in the search bar that they are not in the pending contact list, if they are in the pending contact list, send them a reminder to accept your invitation.
You have checked the list of pending contacts and your candidate is not on it. In this case, it is because he refused your invitation, send him a new invitation to share his results in the same way as if he did not have an account, via the widget at the bottom right or via the add form from the contact tab.
If your candidate still cannot accept your invitation, then ask them which email address was used to complete the surveys. Your candidate may have multiple AssessFirst accounts. If the email address used is different from the one you have, then send them an invitation to the correct address.
