AssessFirst was designed to enable anyone, regardless of their recruitment experience, to reliably identify the people most likely to achieve lasting success in the job.
This is possible thanks to predictive recruitment.
Predictive recruitment… 🤨 What’s that?
It’s a system for predicting a person's ability to succeed and thrive in a specific position within a company, based on an assessment of their potential.
With predictive recruitment, you can forget CVs, we pre-select on potential!
Why should you change your habits? 😰
Simply put - because relying on who the person really is works better!
Companies that use the AssessFirst application recruit employees who are 15% more efficient, and who stay up to 100% longer in their jobs. At the same time, they reduce their recruitment time by 30% and reduce their recruitment costs by around 20%.
When you use AssessFirst, you are able to understand people’s potential along 3 axes:
- Reasoning skills, which allow you to identify the types of problems that that person is able to solve, and to have an idea of their capacity to acquire new skills.
- Motivations, which make it possible to identify the situations that have a positive impact on the person involved, as well as those that are likely to discourage them.
- Personality, which makes it possible to predict the behaviours they naturally adopt, both under normal and stressful conditions.
These 3 axes make it possible to explain 80% of the differences in performance and commitment between people who succeed in a given position and those who do not.
How does it work? 🤗
#1 : Defining your expectations
To recruit in a manner that is predictive, start by selecting (or creating) a predictive model. A predictive model corresponds to the criteria that are essential to succeed and be engaged in the position.
To begin with, we provide you over 300 predictive models, corresponding to more than 300 professions, divided into 26 functions. But you can also create your own templated predictive models, from scratch or by using our “smart assistant”.
#2 : Evaluate your candidates’ potential
Once you have clearly defined your needs, you will assess your candidates’ potential. For this, they must complete the 3 AssessFirst assessment modules: Shape, Drive & Brain.
#3 : Obtaining recommendations
Once your candidates have completed the tests, our algorithms match each of their profiles with the predictive model you have chosen. You will see a “match” score between each candidate and your expectations. Thus, AssessFirst will allow you to shortlist only candidates likely to be suitable for the position.
