The banner on the candidate profile makes our application even more efficient by integrating shortcuts to manage your candidates with one click, as well as offering you an overview of each application’s progress.
This is only visible from the recruiter space, so your candidates are unable to see it.
It appears as follows, from left to right:
# Arrows
These allow you to scroll through the different campaigns that the candidate is attached to.
# Campaign name
In our example, it is a campaign for a project engineer.
# Campaign status
Here you can find the candidate’s status for the campaign, which can be: 'preselected', 'recruited', 'rejected', or 'to be studied'. To keep things as simple as possible, the associated colors are the same as those used for the different stages of the campaigns.
In this example, the candidate has been shortlisted.
# Direct actions
You can modify the candidate’s status via the proposed actions. In the case of this pre-selected candidate, you can either recruit them or reject their application. The proposed actions differ according to the status of the candidate.
In the next example, for the status 'to be studied', the proposed actions will be to shortlist the application or to reject it.
# 3 dots
They provide access to all possible actions on the application. In this case, the proposed actions will be: 'Recruit', 'Shortlist' and 'Reject'.
