How to use the Mobility feature?
To map several people against several predictive models, you can use the Mobility feature.
The Mobility feature lets you map employees' soft skills, personality, and cognitive potential, then match these profiles against open internal positions. The tool provides visibility into employees' behavioral competencies, allowing you to identify high potentials, predict attrition risks, and propose personalized development paths.
This feature addresses two distinct needs: filling your open positions or supporting your employees' career development.
Option 1: Filling open positions

Do you have several open positions? The rare gem might already be within your teams. This option lets you compare your employees' profiles with the predictive models from your recruitment campaigns, to put the right person in the right place.
Step 1: Select your recruitment campaigns
In the "Recruitment campaigns" section, choose the campaign(s) corresponding to the positions you're looking to fill. A "Show predictive models" link lets you review the details of the models associated with these campaigns before running your analysis.
Step 2: Select the profiles to analyze
In the "Profiles for analysis" section, you have two options:
- Search for groups of employees.
- Search for individual contacts, via the "Search contacts" bar.
Step 3: Run the analysis
Once your campaigns and profiles are selected, click Run analysis. You will then get the fit level of each selected employee against the predictive models of the open positions.
Option 2: Help employees grow
Are you looking to support an employee in their career development? This option lets you compare their fit with your open positions or with predictive models, to guide them toward the right choice for their next professional adventure.
Step 1: Select the employees to evaluate
In the "Employees for analysis" section, choose up to 5 employees you want to support.
Step 2: Select the campaigns or predictive models
In the "Recruitment campaigns" section, select the campaigns or predictive models corresponding to the career opportunities available within your organization. The "Show predictive models" link also lets you check the relevant models here.
Step 3: Run the analysis
Click Run analysis to get the fit level of each selected employee against the chosen positions or models.
