      Completing the assessments

      To enhance your AssessFirst profile, we recommend completing the SHAPE/SWIPE (Personality), DRIVE (Motivations), and BRAIN (Reasoning) assessments.

      Here's how you can complete each assessment:

      • Assessments are timed.
      • It's not necessary to complete all three assessments at once.
      • Each assessment typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes.
      • You can choose from 15 different languages to complete the assessments.
      • If needed, you can activate audio assistance to have the questions read aloud to you.
      • Please note that once audio assistance is activated, it can't be deactivated during the assessment.

      SHAPE/SWIPE

      ⚠️ Starting from May 2023, depending on the invitation you receive, you'll be directed to either the SHAPE or SWIPE assessment. As a candidate or employee, you can't choose which one to complete.

      The specific assessment you'll be given will be determined by the company or recruiter.

      The SHAPE/SWIPE assessments are used to evaluate your personality. The SHAPE assessment consists of 90 questions, while the SWIPE assessment has 72 items.

      To access and complete SHAPE or SWIPE:

      - As a new user

      1. Create your AssessFirst account.
      2. Right after creating your account, the SHAPE/SWIPE assessment will be available.
      3. Follow the instructions provided to complete the assessment.

      - As an existing user

      1. Log into your AssessFirst account.
      2. Go to your profile.
      3. In the "Summary" tab, below the first circle graph, you'll have the option to start the SHAPE/SWIPE assessment.

      DRIVE

      The DRIVE assessment focuses on understanding your motivations. It consists of 90 questions. To access and complete the DRIVE assessment:

      - As a new user

      1. Create your AssessFirst account.
      2. Right after creating your account, complete the SHAPE/SWIPE assessment.
      3. Once completed, you'll be able to start the DRIVE assessment.
      4. Follow the instructions provided to complete the assessment.

      - As an existing user

      1. Log into your AssessFirst account.
      2. Go to your profile.
      3. In the "Summary" tab, below the second circle graph, you'll have the option to start the DRIVE assessment.

      BRAIN

      The BRAIN assessment measures reasoning and learning ability. It includes a series of 4 examples that you can practice as many times as you want. Before completing the full assessment, you must confirm that you've understood the instructions.

      To access and complete the BRAIN assessment:

      - As a new user

      1. Create your AssessFirst account.
      2. Right after creating your account, complete the SHAPE/SWIPE assessment.
      3. Then, complete the DRIVE assessment.
      4. Once completed, you'll be able to start the BRAIN assessment.
      5. Follow the instructions provided to complete the assessment.

      - As an existing user

      1. Log into your AssessFirst account.
      2. Go to your profile.
      3. In the "Summary" tab, below the third circle graph, you'll have the option to start the BRAIN assessment.
