- Pink -> Leadership / Influence
- Green -> Consideration for others / Empathy
- Blue -> Rigor in work
- Gray -> Personal balance
#2 - The key behaviors
- Gray: this behavior is not taken into account, as it is not significant for the candidate.
- Light pink: this behavior is present, but it is not dominant. The candidate expresses it in a moderate way.
- Dark pink: this behavior is strongly dominant in the candidate and significantly influences their way of acting.
