Downloading the reports
This page explains where to find available reports, how to download them, and what to check if the download is not working.
Depending on how you use AssessFirst, several types of reports may be available:
- a summary,
- a full report,
- an HR and/or manager report,
- or a compatibility report linked to a predictive model.
The type of report visible depends on:
- the questionnaires completed by the candidate,
- your access rights,
- and, in some cases, the configuration of your account.
Questions / errors related to downloading reports
Downloading reports from the network
To download reports from the network:
- Select the relevant candidate.
- Click the ↪ arrow "Share assessment results".
- Select the "Download PDF" tab.
- Choose the reports you want to download, then click the "Download" button at the bottom right.
You can download reports in bulk from the network, but this is limited to 5 users maximum. To do so, check the relevant candidates in your network.
Downloading reports in another language
To download reports in another language, you need to change the language of your account by clicking the 🌎 icon in the top right corner.
Questions / errors related to downloading reports
- I clicked "Send" instead of "Download": the reports are sent directly to the candidate. We are unable to cancel the sending as it is immediate.
- I cannot find old reports: when candidates retake the questionnaires, this overwrites the previous results and it is not possible to regenerate old reports.
