To customize AI settings, you must be an Admin.
- Go to your Admin space
- Click on the “My Company” tab, then on “AI Settings”
You can then configure the following settings:

choose between Sophie and James to assist candidates with the VOICE and SCAN features.

define the communication style used when interacting with candidates: direct, professional, friendly, or engaging.

describe your company, its culture, and its main activities. This information will help generate AI-optimized content for the VOICE questionnaire.
