Invite a candidate to complete the assessments

There are three ways to invite a new candidate to complete the assessments.

Invite a candidate using the quick-add (+) button

To invite a candidate using the quick-add button:

  • Press the "+" icon on the top-right;
  • Select "Invite contacts";
  • Select the language of the invitation email;
  • Enter the candidate's email address;
  • Press "Send invitations".

You can also add a candidate directly to a group of contacts or a recruitment campaign; personalize your message; or even invite multiple contacts at once.

Once the invitation is sent, you'll see a success message.

This quick-add button is visible from all pages of the AssessFirst platform.

Invite a candidate from the Contacts page

To invite a new candidate from the Contacts page:

  • Go to Network > Contacts;
  • Press "Invite contacts";
  • Enter the candidate's email address;
  • Press "Send invitations".

Once the invitation is sent, you'll see a success message.

Invite a candidate using an invitation link

To invite a candidate using an invitation link:

  • Go to Network > Contacts;
  • Select the link button next to "Invite contacts";
  • Copy the link using the button;
  • Paste the link anywhere you want: on your social networks, an email, etc.

When clicking on this link, the candidate will be asked to create an account or log in, and will be added automatically to your network.
