Invite a manager
AssessFirst provides you with the capability to share candidate profiles with external users, such as managers.
To invite a manager to access candidate profiles, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Network" tab.
- Select "Manager accounts".
- Click on the "Invite manager" button.
- Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.
- Choose a recruitment campaign from the drop-down list.
- Select the candidate's profile you want to share.
Once the invitation is sent, you can find it listed in the "Pending managers" tab until it's accepted by the manager.
The invited external user will receive an email invitation, prompting them to create their AssessFirst account and complete the necessary assessments before gaining access to view the candidate's profile.
