We now allow administrators and recruiters to make CVs mandatory for candidates to accept an invitation — transforming the CV into a key data asset for profile enrichment and AI-powered features.
You can request resumes from three different areas within the platform:
From the Admin space

Click on the “My Company” tab > “Settings”

In the “CV Requirement” section, you can choose to make CV mandatory or optional

From a recruitment campaign

When creating a new campaign, you can choose to make CV mandatory for that particular campaign.

You can also modify this requirement for existing campaigns.

From the network

Click on the pink “Invite contacts” button.

In the fourth and final step, you can choose to make the CV mandatory when the candidate creates their AssessFirst account and accepts your invitation.
