The SWIPE questionnaire is AssessFirst's new personality questionnaire.
If you have activated the SWIPE option, then all your candidates will receive an invitation to complete this questionnaire instead of the SHAPE.
If you have not activated the SWIPE option and your candidate still has the opportunity to complete this questionnaire, then they have created their account directly without going through your invitation link.
We suggest that all candidates who register directly on the platform complete the SWIPE questionnaire instead of the SHAPE questionnaire.
