The invitation link you used is no longer valid. Here are the possible reasons and solutions.

What is an invitation link for?

An invitation link allows you to join another AssessFirst user's network or a company.

By clicking on this link and creating or logging into your AssessFirst account, you will be given the option to accept or decline the connection and profile sharing.

Why is my invitation link inactive?

A link may become inactive for several reasons:

  • The user has deleted their account: The person who sent you the invitation no longer uses AssessFirst.

  • The associated campaign has been deleted: The assessment linked to the invitation no longer exists.

  • The share group no longer exists: The company or user has changed their settings, making the link obsolete.

  • The recruiter is no longer in the SharePool: The recruiter who originally invited you is no longer part of the SharePool.

How can I get a new invitation link?

The best solution is to contact the person or company that sent you the invitation directly. They can provide you with a new valid link.


EXPIRED PASSWORD RESET LINK

Password reset links expire after a certain period for security reasons.

What should I do if my link has expired?

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Click on “Forgot password”.

  3. Enter your email address to receive a new reset link.

If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or try using another email address if you have multiple associated with your account.
