View Voice Results
The VOICE assessment accurately measures oral language and behavioral skills. Once the assessment is complete, you will be automatically notified and can view the results in various locations on the platform.
Viewing results on the platform
Email notifications
Two types of notifications are automatically sent to recruiters:
- Assessment completed (all): An email is sent as soon as all required assessments, including VOICE, are completed for a candidate.
- VOICE completed: A dedicated email is sent specifically at the end of the VOICE assessment.
Viewing results on the platform
From the “Skills” tab:
VOICE results can be accessed from the “Skills” tab, where you will find the following information:
- The skills/languages declared by the candidate, with the number of years of experience provided.
- The skills/languages certified via VOICE with the score/level displayed.
From the “Role Compatibility” tab:
The “Role Compatibility” tab provides an analytical and comparative view of the VOICE results for each language or skill assessed within the selected predictive model:
- Score obtained by the candidate (pink circle with the score)
- Desired score according to the model
- Assessment status:
- ⏳ Not assessed
- ❌ Not suitable – Result far from expectations
- ⚠️ Almost qualified – Result close to expectations
- ✅ Qualified – Result meets or exceeds expectations
- 🚨 Cheating alert – If an attempt to cheat is detected, a warning icon is displayed with the status
Downloading reports
You can download VOICE reports in two places:
- by clicking on the download button ⬇️ located in the candidate's presentation panel
- by clicking on “See details” in the “Skills” tab
If the VOICE assessment was for a specific language, please note that:
- If there are multiple VOICE assessments for the same language, only the best score will be used.
- The PDF report includes a comprehensive analysis based on these five dimensions:
- Vocabulary: lexical richness
- Grammar: sentence structure
- Fluency: oral fluency
- Pronunciation: articulation of sounds
- Communication approach: style of speech (e.g., energetic, hesitant, fluent, etc.)
