Why do some recruiters not have access to candidate results?

All recruiters on the ATS have access to sending invitations and viewing results. Only recruiters who do not have a current AssessFirst licence will not have access to this.

Check with your Account Manager to make sure that your AssessFirst licences are up to date!

Please note that you will only be able to access the results of candidates attached to your scope in the AssessFirst application. If a candidate present in your ATS is not one of the users visible to you on AssessFirst, you will not be able to access their results.
