Why the Brain questionnaire is not included in the new Benchmark models

The inclusion of the Brain questionnaire in our predictive models is based on several determining factors. For Benchmark models, the Brain questionnaire is generally selected by default for roles that show a strong correlation between higher reasoning abilities and improved performance outcomes. These roles often require advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, directly impacting work efficiency.

However, in other functions, such as that of an account manager, the integration of the Brain criterion is more closely related to the specific expectations of each company. It is important to note that for some positions, companies may choose not to set a minimum score for the Brain. This acknowledges that individuals with either lower or higher scores can achieve high levels of performance depending on the context of their work and the nature of their tasks.

For these types of roles, we therefore leave it to each company to define its own expectations regarding the Brain. This flexible approach allows companies to tailor the predictive model according to their unique needs and the specific dynamics of each function within their organization. Thus, this customization ensures that the predictive model aligns more effectively with the company's operational needs and strategic objectives.
