Assess Professional Affinity Between Two or Several Contacts
With the Affinity view, you can assess the fit of each person with up to 14 profiles simultaneously
(candidates, managers, or teams).
This allows you to identify potential complementarities and detect risks of cultural mismatch.
How does it work?
From a candidate's profile:
- Under the "Overview" tab in the left-hand menu, click on "Affinity"
- By default, it shows affinity between you and the candidate
- By clicking on the card, you can choose the affinity as colleagues or as manager and employee
To compare two or more contacts:
- Click on “Check Affinity”
- Select a contact or group of contacts
- Repeat the action if you want to compare your candidate's affinity with several contacts
- You can download the affinity reports by clicking on the card, and then on the ⬇️ button
Understanding the results
To calculate alignment, we identify the 2 management styles most expected by the employee, then check whether the manager expresses these styles with a score above 60%. If this is the case for both styles, the alignment is 100%.
When alignment is at 80%, for example, it means the manager strongly expresses one of the 2 styles most expected by the employee, and moderately expresses the other. The core of what the employee looks for in a manager is therefore present, which explains the high score despite the alignment not being complete.
