How can your employees create a development plan?

For your employees to create a development plan, you need:

  • an active Competency Framework
  • employees must have the "Employee" tag

  1. Click the "Develop" tab > "Competency Management"
  2. In the "Frameworks" tab, you'll find the competency frameworks created for your company.
  3. Click the "Manage access" icon on the desired framework
  4. Then share it with all employees, or only some of them

 

You need to share a competency framework with employees so they can create their development plan.

 

You can also click the "Development Plans" tab to track the plans created by your employees.

 

On the Employee side

 

  1. In their personal space, they need to click the "Development" tab, then the "Development Plans" tab.
    • In this section, they can view existing development plans, track them, or delete them.
  2. To create a new one, they click "Create plan"
  3. They then select the competency framework (if several have been shared with them) and follow the instructions.
