Retrieve a candidate’s results
The integration between Pinpoint and AssessFirst makes it easy to streamline the evaluation process of your candidates directly from your ATS. Here’s how to use this integration in 3 key steps:
Set up a predictive model
Before you can send invitations to your candidates, you need to associate an AssessFirst predictive model with the job posting in Pinpoint.
Select the predictive model for the Job you want:
In the Pinpoint interface, go to the relevant job posting. Click on Edit Job, and at the bottom of the page, you can select the predictive model you want to associate with the offer.
Send your invitations
Invitations are sent automatically when an applicant is created or when a candidate is moved to the status that was configured when activating the integration.
If you selected automatic sending at the creation of an applicant, you only need to configure the predictive model in the job postings you want (Step 1). As soon as a candidate applies, they will receive an AssessFirst invitation email to complete the questionnaires.

If you selected invitation sending when changing a status, if a predictive model has been selected in the job posting (Step 1) and you move the candidate to the status configured at activation, the candidate will directly receive the AssessFirst invitation email.
A predictive model must be selected on the job posting for an invitation to be sent.
You can select the predictive model “Don't use a predictive model” if you do not wish to display a matching score.
Retrieve a candidate’s results
As soon as a candidate who received an invitation completes the questionnaires, their results will be automatically synchronized in Pinpoint.
On the candidate’s profile, you will find the matching scores, updated at the end of each questionnaire, as well as a direct link to the full results on AssessFirst.
