Step 1: Configure a Job

  1. Access Jobs: In TalentLink, go to the "Jobs" section.
  2. Create a New Job: Click on "New requisition" and fill in the required information.
  3. Link to AssessFirst: In the "Predictive Model" field, select the predictive model you want to use. This step is crucial to ensure that AssessFirst assessments are correctly associated with the job.

Step 2: Invite Candidates

  1. Access the Applications Section: Go to "Selection & Hiring."
  2. Send an Invitation: Select the candidate. Click on "Proceed" to send the assessment invitation via AssessFirst.
     
    • Note: The invitation will be sent when you validate the next step. The invitation is not sent immediately. A script runs every minute to send invitations. If the candidate does not receive the email immediately, wait a few minutes.

Step 3: Retrive the Results

  1. Access Results: Once the candidate has completed the assessments, the results will be available in the candidate's profile, in the selection step.
  2. Retrive the results: You will find scores, predictive models, links to PDF results, and "Predict Success" information when you will will click on "Score AssessFirst".
