I cannot log in to my account

There may be several reasons why you are unable to log in. Here are a few tips that may help you resolve this issue.

The “Log in” button is inactive:

 

This can happen if you have added the AssessFirst link with your login details to your favorites. If you delete this link and use the generic link, you should be able to log in: https://welcome.assessfirst.com/login

The verification button keeps loading:

 

The CloudFlare verification may loop if you use Samsung's native browser and other browsers such as Opera.

 

 

In this case, we recommend using another browser such as Google Chrome to log in.

If your connection issue is not related to the above points, we recommend that you:

  • Change your browser
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try connecting in private browsing mode
  • Disable your VPN or firewall
  • Disable any extensions you may have recently added to your browser
