The VOICE assessment measures a candidate's behavioral, linguistic, and communication skills through a structured voice test. You can easily trigger it at different points on the platform, depending on your needs.

- If the user has never received a VOICE request, the Invite button appears in the “Assessments” box on the left.
- A window opens: simply select the desired predictive model.
- The skills and/or languages associated with this predictive model appear automatically.
- Once the request has been sent, the button disappears and is replaced by a completion status tracker.

🔁 If the VOICE model has changed (new skill or language to be assessed, modification of questions), you can restart a new assessment. This will delete the old (obsolete) test and generate a new one to be completed.
If you have already invited the candidate to take a VOICE test and would like to send them another test:
- In the candidate's profile, click the “Role compatibility” tab
- Select the relevant predictive model
- Click the “Send invite to complete VOICE” button

From a recruitment campaign
It is possible to automate the VOICE request when setting up a campaign.
⚙️ VOICE settings in a campaign:
If the selected predictive model is calibrated for VOICE, you have two options:
- Request VOICE for all candidates
→ All candidates automatically receive a VOICE assessment, without any additional action. - Request VOICE only for certain candidates
→ Requires manual action for each candidate via the user page (see Assessments section).

Restart VOICE: At any time, you can ask the user to retake the assessment.
