Invite a candidate to complete Voice

The VOICE assessment measures a candidate's behavioral, linguistic, and communication skills through a structured voice test. You can easily trigger it at different points on the platform, depending on your needs.

• If the user has never received a VOICE request, the Invite button appears in the “Assessments” box on the left. 
• A window opens: simply select the desired predictive model.
• The skills and/or languages associated with this predictive model appear automatically.
• Once the request has been sent, the button disappears and is replaced by a completion status tracker.
  
  

 

🔁 If the VOICE model has changed (new skill or language to be assessed, modification of questions), you can restart a new assessment. This will delete the old (obsolete) test and generate a new one to be completed.

It is possible to automate the VOICE request when setting up a campaign.

⚙️ VOICE settings in a campaign:

If the selected predictive model is calibrated for VOICE, you have two options:

1. Request VOICE for all candidates 
   → All candidates automatically receive a VOICE assessment, without any additional action.
2. Request VOICE only for certain candidates
   → Requires manual action for each candidate via the user page (see Assessments section).
