Create a recruitment campaign
To create a recruitment campaign, click on the "Recruitment" tab.
Then click on the "Create a campaign" tab.
Creation is a two-step process:
- Enter campaign information, such as the scope, campaign name and manager associated with the campaign.
- Fill in the job information for the recruitment campaign, such as the predictive model and the location of the job offer.
- Then click on "Create".
Edit your recruitment campaigns
Easily modify your recruitment campaigns in just two clicks. From the list of your campaigns, click on "Edit", make the necessary adjustments, then save the changes.
Add one or several hiring managers to your recruitment campaigns
You can one or several hiring managers to your recruitment campaigns.
We'll automatically share any existing and new candidates in it with the Managers you choose.
If you select a person who is not a manager, sharing will not be possible. You must first grant them Manager rights.

Sort and filter your recruitment campaigns
You can view your campaigns as a list or a map. Use filters to sort campaigns by creator and managers.
Pause your recruitment campaigns
You can pause your recruitment campaigns. To do so, you can deactivate them and find them in the "Closed" tab, and reactivate them from this same tab.
You cannot add, move, reject, or update any candidates when a recruitment campaign is paused.
Delete your recruitment campaigns
To delete a campaign, simply go to your campaign and click on the bin icon.
This action is irreversible: you will not be able to recover a deleted campaign.
