Is it possible to configure which users can view/send assessments?

It is possible to configure which user groups can access AssessFirst results and send assessments.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Hiring Team Roles.

In the Candidate Actions table, you can then configure which groups are allowed to access or manage candidate assessments using the “Assessment” action.

 

Two things to keep in mind:

  • Admins will always have access to assessments, regardless of the configuration.
  • The “Assessment” section is not specific to AssessFirst. It also includes information from assessments provided by any other assessment partners you may be using.
