Why can’t I access a candidate's results?
To view your candidates' results, they must agree to share their results with you.
When a candidate receives an invitation to complete the questionnaires, they must check a box to approve sharing their results with you before beginning.

The candidate has agreed to share their results
- The candidate checks the box and completes their questionnaires.
- You will receive an email notification once all requested questionnaires have been completed.
- The candidate will move from the “pending contacts” list to your contacts list.
- You can now analyze their results.
The candidate indicates that they have completed the questionnaires, but you cannot see their profile
- Check whether the candidate is in the “pending contacts” list by searching for their name or email address.
- If the candidate is in the “pending contacts” list, send them a reminder to accept your invitation.
- Candidates can accept pending invitations from the 'My Network' tab.
You still don't have access, and “It says that no results match your search when you enter their name.”
- This means that your candidate has declined your invitation.
- The candidate can accept your invitation again after declining to share results using the “I have changed my mind” feature.
- If your candidate still can’t accept your invitation, ask them which email address they used to complete the assessments. Your candidate may have multiple AssessFirst accounts. If the email address used is different from the one you have, then send them an invitation to the correct address.
