Add or remove steps to your recruitment campaigns

  • New recruitment campaigns are displayed by column
  • You can add up to 10 steps to your recruitment campaign.
  • Three columns are fixed and cannot be deleted: "Invited", "Sort" and "Hire".

To add a step to your recruitment campaign:

  • Click on "Add a step" at the end of the line
  • Set up the name, the position and the category to this step in your campaign

If you wish to change the position of a step, click on its name and move it to the position of your choice.

To remove a step, simply click on the dots in the column and select "remove step".

Add candidates to your recruitment campaign

  • Click on "Add candidates" on the right-hand side of your screen.
  • Select candidates individually or by group.
  • Candidates will automatically appear in the "sort" column.

If you wish to remove a candidate from a recruitment campaign, click on his card, then on the dots and finally on "remove".

You can also copy your campaign link if you wish to integrate it into one of your job offers. By clicking on it, your candidates will be able to create their account and will be automatically linked to the campaign.

Sort candidates in your recruitment campaigns

In the column where your candidates are placed, click on the three dots and then click on "Sort by".

Then choose whether you wish to sort them:

  • alphabetically
  • by overall potential
  • by date added
  • by minimum rating

If you wish to move a candidate to the next stage, select their card and move it to the column of your choice.

If you wish to reject a candidate's application, click on their card and on the "Reject" button, you will be asked to send them a rejection e-mail.
As soon as you reject a candidate, he or she disappears from your recruitment campaign.

You can personalise the rejection emails. To do this, select ‘Personalise rejection email’. You can select the default message, choose a pre-saved message or create a new message.

Filter candidates in your recruitment campaigns

The campaign dashboard includes advanced sorting and filtering features to quickly prioritize candidates. Filters are grouped into 4 main categories:

  • Test completion
  • Rating
  • Adequacy score
  • Key behaviours

View a candidate's profile from your recruitment campaign

To view a candidate's profile from a campaign, simply click on his or her card.

You'll be able to:

  • see their "predict success" score
  • consult the results summary
  • Download reports
  • Change column
  • View complete profile

Rate and review candidates

You can provide internal reviews on candidates. Each review is composed of:

  • A 1 to 5 stars rating
  • A free-text comment (up to 5000 characters)

All reviews submitted within a campaign are:

  • Visible to all recruiters accessing the campaign
  • Averaged into a global candidate score displayed on the campaign view

Important: Reviews are scoped per campaign. A candidate reviewed in Campaign A won’t display this review in Campaign B, even if both campaigns are managed by the same recruiter.

Perform bulk actions

You can now perform bulk actions in the recruitment campaigns:

  1. Send a reminder to complete the questionnaires
  2. Move the candidates
  3. Reject candidates
  4. Delete candidates
