New Profiles bring a cleaner, smarter, and more actionable experience to simplify your decision-making!

New Profiles are only available to Recruiters.

Managers and Candidates still have access to the old version.

 

💫 New features

 

  • Who is ...? : this is a textual summary of all the information on a profile (personality, motivations, professional experience, etc.) generated by AssessFirst. It allows you to see at a glance who this profile is and what value they could bring to your company.
  • Integration of the DISC format: this typological approach provides a more direct, much simpler view and a more in-depth analysis of the profile's personality (SWIPE).
  • Addition of the Experience section: candidates will be able to upload their CV, which will be restructured by AssessFirst to make it easier for you to digest.
    • you can trigger an email to request a User to upload a CV
    • outstanding experiences are tags as 'Great' or 'Exceptional' with the details on hover
  • Addition of the comparison view: you can compare your candidate with two other profiles from your shortlist across all profile criteria in order to make the best decision. 
  • You can assess your candidate's affinity with up to 14 other profiles! Affinity analysis is based on SWIPE and DRIVE.

 

 

 

There will be a period of transition between the old and new profiles until January 31, 2026, before switching permanently to the new profiles.
