How to Access Your Candidate's Profile
You can only view a candidate’s results if all the following conditions are met:

They have an AssessFirst account.

They have accepted to share their results with you (they appear in the Contacts tab).

They have completed the AssessFirst questionnaires.
If you're unable to access their results, please refer to this article.
You have two ways to access a candidate’s profile:

Via the magnifying glass at the top of the screen (available on all pages).

From the Network > Contacts tab: you'll find contacts who have created an account and accepted your invitation.
⚠️ If the contact is listed under Pending, their profile is not yet accessible.

Download Full Reports
To download your candidates' full reports, click on the ⬇️ icon in the candidate information panel.
Only reports from completed questionnaires are available.
Use the interpretation guides to support your analysis.
If you wish to download the reports in another language, you have to switch it on your profile (icon located in the top right corner near your profile picture).
Predict Success
AssessFirst allows you to anticipate whether a candidate or employee is likely to succeed in a specific role.
From the candidate's profile:

Click on "Role compatibility"

Select the predictive model corresponding to the target role

Download the match report using the download icon ⬇️
💫 NEW: you can now choose the view you prefer to analyse the role fit (match breakdown or assessment breakdown).
🔎 The default model shown is based on the job selected by the candidate when they created their profile.
The compatibility report: you can downloard a summary or the full report.
The one-page is designed to help you instantly understand how well a profile fits a role.
